Meet Our New Service Manager: Logan Bates

At Fred Martin Nissan, we know our greatest strength is our people, and we’re proud to celebrate the team members who make your experience with us exceptional. Today, we’re excited to spotlight someone who many of you already know and trust: Logan Bates, who has recently been promoted to Service Manager!

Logan joined our Service Department three years ago as a dedicated Service Writer. From day one, he brought outstanding customer care, deep product knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping people. His commitment to going above and beyond has made him a standout member of our team—and now, we’re thrilled to see him step into this new leadership role.

When it comes to cars, Logan doesn’t just talk the talk—he lives it. His favorite vehicle is the Nissan Z, a model known for its performance, precision, and iconic style. It’s no wonder Logan connects with a car that represents excellence.

But there’s more to Logan than what happens in the service bay. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him fishing, riding his motorcycle, and most importantly, spending quality time with his wife and kids. He brings the same sense of dedication and balance to his personal life that he brings to the dealership every day.

We asked Logan what he loves most about being part of the Fred Martin Nissan team, and his answer really resonated with us:

“I love that it’s a ‘the more you put in, the more you get out’ kind of place. It motivates me every day to not only better myself but also lift up those around me.”

That drive to lead by example and push others to grow is exactly what makes Logan such an asset to our team—and the perfect person to lead our Service Department forward.
