2021 Hyundai Elantra Power & Handling

There are a few engine options available for the Hyundai Elantra. Most will come with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 147 horsepower and 132 lb-ft of torque and pairs with a continuously variable automatic transmission. Higher trim levels get a more powerful version of the same engine, and you get a choice of an automatic or manual transmission. Like the Sentra, the Elantra comes standard with front-wheel-drive.

There are three trim levels available for the Nissan Sentra, and there are some wonderful features to be found on each. The base S model starts things off, which comes with 16-inch steel wheels, push-button start, a height-adjustable driver’s seat, and a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. You also get several safety systems such as a blind-spot monitor, lane departure warning, and forward collision mitigation. Next up is the SV, which adds to alloy wheels, heated side mirrors, keyless entry, leather-wrapped steering wheel, an 8-inch touchscreen, dual-zone automatic climate control, adaptive cruise control, and an upgraded driver information display. There is also a Premium package that adds 17-inch wheels, a sunroof, and leather upholstery. Then there is the top-of-the-line SR which has LED headlights and foglights and 18-inch wheels. A premium package is also available for the SR, which adds in more terrific features such as a sunroof, heated steering wheel, simulated leather upholstery, surround-view parking camera system, and an 8-speaker Bose audio system.

2021 Hyundai Elantra Features & Design

There are three main trim levels also available for the 2021 Elantra, and come terrific features are available for each. Things start well with the base SE trim, which comes with LED daytime running lights, a chrome front grille, 15-inch alloy wheels, and an 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Some safety features are also available such as forward collision mitigation, blind-spot collision avoidance assist, and lane-keeping assist. Next up is the SEL adds to this with 16-inch alloy wheels, keyless entry, push-button start, dual-zone climate control, and a six-speaker audio system. A couple of packages are available on the SEL. The Convenience package has adaptive cruise control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated front seats, and a wireless smartphone charging pad. Up next is the Premium package with a dark chrome front grille, sunroof, LED headlights and taillights, and an eight-speaker Bose audio system. Then there is the top-level Limited with leather-trimmed seats and a 10.25-inch touchscreen.
