2020 Automotive Reputation Report – Nissan Top Non-Luxury Brand

Reputation.com has analyzed 18,000 automotive brands and dealerships in the United States, and 15,000 more across Canada and Europe, during a year marked by seismic change. Measured on a scale of 0 to 1,000, Reputation Score looks at a location’s sentiment, visibility, and engagement across nine elements. The scores are measured using online data reviews, listings, search results, social media, and customer engagement on Google, Facebook, Cars.com, and Edmunds. Right behind Nissan were Subaru, Toyota, Ford and Mini, which rounded out the top five for 2020.

The Nissan brand finished at the top on non-luxury brands with a a reputation score of 681 compared to 672 in 2019.
