2018 Nissan Frontier and Titan Midnight Editions Unveiled!

Out of the shadows, Nissan revealed new Midnight Editions of its Frontier and Titan/Titan XD pickup trucks!

These additions carry on in the tradition of earlier Nissan Midnight Edition passenger cars and SUVs, including the Sentra, Altima,
Maxima, Rogue, Murano, and Pathfinder. Each of these great Nissan vehicles gets its own blend of noir-themed cosmetics featuring black aluminum-alloy wheels, black exterior accents, and black interior trim.

“Following the tremendous response to the original Maxima SR Midnight Edition, we’ve created a complete portfolio of the popular
blacked-out Midnight Edition look among our core Nissan models,” said Billy Hayes, division vice president of sales for Nissan.

Midnight Edition Frontier

The Midnight Edition Frontier will be available on SV Crew Cab 4×2 and 4×4 automatic transmission models.

The exterior colors available include a Magnetic Black, Gun Metallic and Glacier White if you really want the black accents to stand out. The Frontier Midnight Edition features
a gloss-black grille and 18-inch gloss black alloy wheels along with semi-gloss black step rails, body-color front/rear bumpers, black outside mirrors and door handles. Midnight badges and black badging can be found throughout. Even custom Midnight Edition floor mats are available as an option.

Titan/Titan XD Midnight Edition

The Nissan Titan Midnight Edition will be offered on all Titan Crew Cab SV and SL 4×4 and 4×2 models. Midnight Edition on the Titan XD will be available for Crew Cab SV and SL 4×4 models with the Cummins 5.0L V8 Turbo Diesel engine.

These Midnight Edition models again feature three color choices: Magnetic Black, Gun Metallic and Pearl White. All models boast a body color front grille with dark insert, dark headlights, black fog light finishers, black outside rearview mirrors, door handles and step rails, 20-inch black painted aluminum-alloy wheels, body-color front and rear bumpers, and black exterior badges.

The Titan XD takes it up a notch with black fender louvers. The cabins in all Midnight Edition Nissan Titan pickups have charcoal interior trim and special floor mats.

Billy Hayes, division vice president of sales for Nissan, also notes that Nissan is “finding that buyers in the millennial age group especially are attracted to the Midnight Editions. Last year, Nissan was ranked as the number one brand for millennial purchases.”

Pricing has not yet been released, but Nissan indicated that each Midnight Edition package will run about half of what it would cost to add each of these features individually to your truck.

These new Midnight Edition Nissan models will be available in the fall of 2018. Stay tuned to FredMartinNissan.com and to our social media for updates. If you want to be one of the first to get behind the wheel, give us a call at 330-648-8888.
