I was in need of a new car - to replace my 12 year old one and after checking local prices , I am up near Cleveland, I found prices are the same or better at Fred Martin NIssan in Akron and found it to be well worth the trip to find my new used vehicle. Josh was great to work with in this venture and found everyone enjoyable and patient as I went through the process.

Earlier this week I stopped in to look at some cars to get a feel of what I was going to purchase in the future. It has been 15 years since we have been car shopping. My husband and I stopped at Fred Martin Nissan and was greeted by salesman, Michael Stokes. I was interested in a Nissan Murano I seen on a website. He answered all our questions regarding the vehicle features and if he didn’t know he found out for us. We drove that vehicle home that night and love it! Only problem with the vehicle was a compartment door and they had ordered a new part and had it fixed. Chris in the service department was very friendly and attentive! Definitely recommend Fred Martin Nissan!
Worth the drive! I was looking for a special truck. I found it at this dealer and had to drive a little over an hour to get there. My experience was very good. I found the sales people, Tom R. and Brandon O. were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were top notch. Other than their knowledge, they were also friendly, and not pushy. I also found that the Finance Manager, Jon W. was also very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy either. Great experience and I would recommend this dealership.
Brandon and Lou are fantastic at what they do! Brandon was very nice , and kept a conversation, answered any question you had with a good attitude. He showed me how to use some of the things in the car that i purchased while waiting. Very good customer service !
I wanted to wait until I had my new vehicle for a decent amount of time before posting a review. I have now had my vehicle for 6mo and couldn't be more pleased. There has not been a single issue with it!I was on the hunt for something very specific, and this dealership had what I wanted for the best deal I could find. I was hesitant though because it was almost halfway across the state, but I called in advance and was COMPLETELY taken care of by Rob Gunther. When I got there, he greeted my family and I like we were longtime friends. He did not try to take advantage of us, considering we were from out of town. He was very caring and helpful in the most appreciated way. He was very patient through the financial process, even though it meant staying late. Not long after my purchase, I received a genuine thank you card AND a happy birthday text...who does that?!?! Those little things speak volumes, and I would definitely recommend him if you need to buy a vehicle. I will absolutely buy from him again! Until then, thank you Rob, we love our new SUV.

Holly is the best salesperson to deal with. She is upfront and honest tells you like it is. No haggling, no extra drama. I tell her an amount of what I can afford and she shows me what is available in that price range. Doesn't try to sell me anything that I can't afford. The free oil changes that come with my lease are also helpful. All of the staff is friendly and the dealership is spotless.
Tom Royston made the car shopping experience a great one for us, unlike some past experiences we have had while buying a car. He paid attention to everything I wanted and made sure I got it. I could tell he was more concerned with us being happy, rather than just being concerned about making a sale. Even after we bought our new vehicle, he came outside and made sure we knew how to work all of the features. The rest of the staff, including the other sales people and finance people were also super nice and attentive, especially Brandon Owensby. Brandon completed our sale the following day, since Tom was assisting someone else. He was so hospitable, feeding us lunch and making sure we were comfortable. He talked with us and made sure we weren't bored while waiting to be financed. He made sure our new car was washed and even put gas in it! And we weren't even technically his customer. He went over and beyond for us!
